'Jehovah' applied to Jesus
¥So it appears that the NT writers had come to believe that it was proper to apply the OT name of God to Jesus.
¥This is consistent with the following items as well:
–Jesus is worshiped in the NT.
–Jesus is called God in the NT.
–Jesus is characterized as God is in the NT.
