All have heard GodŐs general revelation:
Nature: God exists, is good, powerful.
Conscience: God exists, is good, we arenŐt.
All are sinners.
All can cast themselves on God for mercy.
God can only have mercy on the basis of JesusŐ
work of obedience and sacrifice.
